What is Bliss?
Bliss is an unwavering state of peace and contentment that endures, even during life's ​challenges. It’s often mistaken for fleeting feelings of happiness, pleasure, or euphoria, ​but true bliss runs much deeper.
In Eastern philosophy, bliss—referred to as "ananda"—is the core of our being, unveiled ​when we release societal expectations and the masks we wear. By shedding these ​external layers, we reconnect and align with our True Nature.
Bliss flourishes when we align our actions with our True Nature, embracing life’s ​journey with curiosity, openness, and trust. It’s not about avoiding discomfort but ​finding peace within it, as we grow in self-awareness.
When I began living in alignment with my True Nature, I uncovered my bliss. With each ​step, I experienced greater freedom, peace, and joy. This transformative journey ​inspired me to create “Burnout to Bliss”—a coaching program devoted to helping ​others discover the same liberation, peace, and joy in their lives.
